- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thank you so much for resolving my problem!!!! The LaQuinta INN failed to ship the phone I left at their hotel. After 3 weeks, 10 calls ,and broken promises I phoned the UPS store myself. They were able to go to the store and pick up the package and ship it to me. Thank God for UPS! Maybe the hotel staff will learn that it takes so little time to call UPS.By Anita Roush, August 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely awful store. Don’t do business here. A family member, knowing that receiving packages in summit county can get difficult at times, rented a box at the UPS store without asking me if it was something I wanted. Twenty minutes later, I went with the receipt back to the store to tell them I wasn’t interested and to get a refund. No one was told at the time it was non-refundable, but when asking 20 minutes later and after paying, I was told it was non-refundable. I politely asked the store manager numerous times for the DBA company name so I could take this to small claims court, and he wouldn’t even give me the business name that store 1378 is registered under.
